Welcome to Pot O' Greens! Here, we strive to provide you with the best shipping experience. Our dedicated team ensures that your plants are carefully packaged and delivered to you with the utmost care. Unless otherwise specified, all plants are rooted in soil and shipped in 4" growers pots. We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs, and our transparent pricing policy ensures that you know the costs upfront. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to build trust through our reliable shipping services.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days from the time they are placed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. It’s important to note that processing times and transit times are separate. Processing times refer to the amount of time it takes Pot O’ Greens to ship your plants, while transit times refer to the amount of time your order will be with the mail carrier traveling to you.
We ship with FedEx and USPS Priority. We do offer 2nd Day for an upgrade.
If your order is delayed in transit, Pot O’ Greens will not be held liable for damaged plants. We take every precaution possible to ensure a safe delivery, and we take immense pride in meticulously packing each order with care. We do offer faster shipping options at checkout. If you believe the weather in your area is too harsh for shipping, we recommend waiting until a better time.
We reserve the right to hold or cancel an order based on shipping conditions in your area. If the weather in your area is unsafe to receive perishable items, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
Return & Refund Policy
At Pot O' Greens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, our hassle-free return and refund policy makes the process simple and straightforward. We believe that providing a clear and fair policy is essential to earning your trust and confidence in shopping with us. Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages Policy
Pot O’ Greens will not be held liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages that have been successfully marked as delivered. We guarantee to send your packages to the address that you provided at checkout. If your package is marked delivered via tracking, please reach out to your local branch to confirm where the package was placed.
Every package is insured for $100 through the USPS. Should your package be damaged in transit due to delays, mis-scans, or a missing package, please file a claim with USPS to receive the $100 insurance that was provided with each package. We are happy to provide any documentation you may need.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return item. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Return Policy
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re delighted to accept your item for exchange or a full refund. Unused non-plant items, excluding plant nutrients, such as pots, planters, potting mats, and trellises, have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please return the item with or in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Exceptions apply if the product is defective or faulty when received.
In the event of a faulty item, email order number, name and evidence of damage to info@potogreens.com within 3 days of receipt of the item for an immediate replacement. If damage occurs outside of this timeframe, please email us at info@potogreens.com as exceptions may apply.
We offer a 3-day return policy on all plants and plant nutrients. Customer has 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please provide proof that the item was damaged upon arrival. Send photos or an unboxing video showing the damage within 3 days of receiving the plant. Plant nutrients must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Item MUST be received within 7 days of acceptance. Once we receive the item, you’ll have the option of a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
