Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Weather Considerations
Because plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures, we may delay shipping during severe weather to protect your order. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition:

Return & Refund Policy
In-Person Purchases (Events, Pop-Ups & Markets)
Shopping with Pot O’ Greens in person is a hands-on, choose-your-plant experience, and we want you to feel confident in your selection.
All purchases made at events, pop-ups, and markets are considered final sale.
We encourage you to:

Once a plant leaves our care, environmental factors such as light, temperature, and handling can affect its condition. For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on in-person purchases.
If you experience a concern shortly after your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of the event with photos and a brief description. While we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, we are committed to supporting you with care guidance to help your plant adjust and thrive.
Plant Care Responsibility
Plants are living things, and their long-term health depends on their environment and care.
We provide guidance to help you succeed, but Pot O’ Greens is not responsible for plant health issues that occur after the initial 24-hour window following delivery or purchase.

Item MUST be received within 7 days of acceptance. Once we receive the item, you’ll have the option of a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement item. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
